Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular Maui vacation condo resorts. It is a 15-acre tropical resort located in the sunny town of Kihei in South Maui, directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III – one of the best Maui beaches. Kamaole Sands is a non-smoking resort: smoking is not allowed in units, on lanais and in the central court yard. There are designated smoking areas with benches on the perimeter of the property, near the parking lots.

Complimentary Breakfast Orientation. On your first full day on Maui come to a Complimentary Island Orientation with Aloha Breakfast. It is held poolside by Expedia Local Expert at 8:30 am.
Complimentary morning coffee is available daily in the lobby 7am to 9am.

Mai Tai Party. Come to the pool on Wednesdays from 3 to 5 pm for Kamaole Sands Mai Tai Party. Enjoy complimentary mai tai’s or juice, live Hawaiian music and dances.

Fitness Center. The work out room is located at the poolside and is open to all guests at no chargefrom 8 am to 10 pm.

Planning for Activities. Pleasant Holidays Activity Desk at pool side and in the lobby is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

For golf enthusiasts. Elleair Maui Golf Club is offering all Kamaole Sands owners and their guests a special rate of $95/person, while the regular rate is $120.

Resort Fee. There is a $15 resort fee that all guests pay on their check-in. This resort fee covers a required parking permit, pool gate access code, a magnetic card for access to the secured gated entrances, a complimentary “cyber cafe” access card
for 30 minutes, free local and 800 phone calls, the Maui News daily newspaper and the Maui magazine.
