If you already have an availability calendar somewhere like HomeAwayConnect (VRBO), we can synchronize with it. Having an availability calendar is a huge plus. Mauiforum has Search by Dates feature, so when you have an up-to-date calendar and your available dates match the vacation dates, you property shows in the search. That boosts inquiries. We highly recommend having the up-to-date calendar.

You can also choose to subscribe to our reservation management system. The system is built around our own unique calendar, which is both easy-to-use and easy-to-read.
