Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A deposit of two nights rent is due within 10 business days from the date of booking. The balance is due 40 days prior to arrival. Payments by Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 7 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. For cancellations less than 90 days and more than 40 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 40 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white.
OWNERS CLOSET:
The locked closet in the loft contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
TELEPHONE:
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
GARBAGE:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Smoking is permitted on the lanai.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
