CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50.00 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100.00 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100.00 processing fee.
