Our large ground floor unit at the Maui Sunset beachfront resort is renovated and tastefully furnished with direct access from the lanai to the beach, barbecue area and pool.
A spacious 792 sq ft 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
Perfect for families with children who can play directly on the grounds straight from the lanai. Relax by the pool (located oceanside) or have meals on the lanai and a picnic on the beach... or venture out to other nearby world-class beaches in Kihei and Wailea.

The Maui Sunset is on five acres of beautifully landscaped oceanfront property with flowering trees and local plants. Waipuilani beach at Maui Sunset is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with windsurfers and kitesurfers in the foreground. From November through April, look for whales breaching in the ocean waters along the beach. Air conditioned weight/fitness room, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting green, and croquet are available for your use free of charge. Activity hut consultants with information and discounts on activities/attractions are conveniently located in the pool area. Windsurfing, kitesurfing and fishing are the many water sport activities at Maui Sunset. Swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at many sandy safe beaches in Kihei and nearby Wailea, as well as surfing and body surfing beaches.

The modern Kihei Aquatic Center is a few minutes away and is free to the public. The center boasts an Olympic-size pool, 50 meter pool, and a kid's pool with wading fountain. A short distance away are three championship 18 hole golf courses at Wailea and Makena. Reasonable and excellent restaurants offering local and four-star cuisine are nearby. The town of Wailea with upscale shopping is just 8 minutes away by car.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. PST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. PST. NO early check-ins, No late check-outs. You can be removed from the property without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate contracted time.
No Smoking allowed in the unit or on the resort property.
