Beautiful remodeled Kihei studio condo. The condo is situated on the first floor, with partial ocean view. It is located in a quiet area of the complex, near the pool. The lanai opens to peaceful ocean breezes from the trade winds, keeping you comfortable and cool.

The condo was recently remodeled, and has all new 20" porcelain tile flooring, paint, new kitchen, appliances, furniture and furnishings. This is a large, 500 square-foot, spacious, studio that comfortably sleeps four. It has a comfortable and firm king bed & a queen sleeper sofa. There is dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The beach is just steps away and you are also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants & nightlife. The complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas barbecues, and picnic area. Ample free parking just outside the condo.
