You can have unlimited number of listings. You can list one property per listing, because it better represents the properties and provides renters with better user experience.
How many photos can I have on my listing?
You can upload up to 20 images, including photographs and maps or diagrams, in either JPEG or GIF format.
Does your web site offer an availability calendar for homeowners?
Yes, we provide you with a calendar to keep all your bookings. You can enter booked, pending and requested reservations. The calendar also shows the major holidays. Calendar Example
Can I include your calendar in my own web page?
Easily! Just include the following code snippet into your webpage:

Replace N with the ID of your property, which you can find on your property's Summary page.
Can I include a link to my own web site in my listing?
Yes, you can provide a link to your own web site. It will be shown in the top portion of your listing. You can also provide a link to your personal web site that will be shown in your Contact Information at the bottom of the listing.
I registered for the Forum, but can not login to list my property. Why?
The Forum and the Property Listings are separate products, so you will need to register for the Forums and for the Listing service separately.
I added a new listing, but it does not appear in the list of rental listings. Why?
You have to publish your listing first by clicking Owner Home > Property Listing > Publish.
What should I do if I am not receiving emails?
If inquiries or other emails from us are not being delivered to your email address, please send yourself a test email by going to Owner Home > Property Management > Test Email. If you don't receive the test email, look in your junk folder. If you still do not receive it, please find out from your email provider how to whitelist emails, and follow their instruction to whitelist emails from Mauiforum.org.
What personal information do you store about me?
For registration purposes, we only ask you to provide your first and last names as well as your email address. Later you can enter more information, such as your company name, address, phone or fax. This information is not mandatory. If you provide it, it will be listed as your contact information at the bottom of your property listing. We do not share your personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Mauiforum.org.
How do I modify or remove my listing?
We provide an easy-to-use interface to make modifications to your listing. Make sure to look over the help window that accompanies every page. You can always delete your lising by clicking Owner Home > Property Listing > Delete.
What do I do if I forget my user name or password?
If you forgot you password, click http://www.mauiforum.org/listings/recoverpassword.php. A new temporary password will be emailed to you. You will need to change it next time you login.

How do I change my email address?
You can change your default email address by visiting Owner Home > User Info. To change your email for a specific property listing, go to Owner Home > Property Listing > Information.
