Welcome to our spacious and bright 1-bedroom/2-bathroom condo in one of the best condominium resorts in South Kihei. It is located on the ground floor and overlooks a tropical garden. We have a large private lanai, that is about 80 feet from our lovely pool and jacuzzis. An easy 3-min stroll along a shaded path will bring you to Kamaole III beach -- one of the best beaches on Maui and a local favorite. It has sandy areas to swim, rocks to snorkel, trees for shade, and the most consistent waves to boogie board. Our assigned parking space is free and close to the unit. We are a walking distance to fine dining and shopping, and just a short 5-min drive from luxurious Wailea with its multi-millon properties, exclusive shopping center and golf courses.

The condo has a king bed in the bedroom, a queen Murphy bed and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. All mattresses are new (2008). In-unit washer/dryer, air-conditioner, two cable TV's, a free high-speed Internet and a fully stocked kitchen will make you feel completely at home. We have beach chairs and umbrella for you and some sand toys for your kids. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels!

On-site free stuff: a complimentary breakfast orientation on your first full day in Maui; a pool-side Mai Tai party each Wednesday with live Hawaiian music and dances; a fitness center; Pleasant Holidays Activity Desk in the lobby. We offer late check-outs at 1/2 of the nightly rate for stays 10+ days.

Rates are based on 4-people occupancy. Extra guests $10 each. Rates shown are in US dollars and do not include 13.42% Hawaii tax, $25 resort fee and $75 check-out cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is waived on stays 14+ nights. $200 deposit required at booking. Balance is due 90-60 days prior to arrival. No smoking. Pets not allowed.
